Between the two of us, we have lived a lot of life.
Loss. Rebuilding. Careers that cracked open and led somewhere better. Children raised through the hard parts on not enough sleep and more faith than we probably had a right to. Moments that taught us exactly what it means to finally have the right person in your corner.
…That last part is why we are here.
We did not find this work. It found us. We were already in each other's orbit…. same friends, same obsessions, the same inability to stay out of the conversations most people walk away from. The real ones. The ones about fear and identity and the things that happen to a woman's body and soul that nobody warns her about.
When we finally decided to build something together, it was not a business decision. It was a calling.
Beyond Birthing Associates exists because we believe this season deserves better than fear. Birth and postpartum and the wild, disorienting, breathtaking work of becoming a family… it deserves to be met with wonder instead of worry. With confidence instead of chaos. With someone beside you who has lived something real and knows in her bones that you are going to be okay.
We built this to change the way it feels.
